Fishing Reports In Tampa Bay

January 2023 Tampa Fishing Report
We enjoyed the holiday break getting to spend time with family and friends. We were able to rest, recharge, and get some hunting in. Now we are ready to get back on the water! January fishing is picking up, we will be out on the water most of the month. This time of year we are typically catching sheepshead, redfish, snook and black drum. Although the morning can be chilly, it can be a great time of year for fishing. Redfish are sometimes spotty in the winter, but they can also be found stacked up in deeper holes on the colder days. When the sun heats things up, they take to the shallow waters to warm up and they really turn on you will find lots of snook there as well. We still have some opening left for the spring and very limited availability into the summer. Now is the time to get your trip booked and secure your place. If you are looking forward to the fall for your trip don't hesitate that is always our busiest time of year. Call us now to book today.
